Micah 7:7 (From Reformation Study Bible)
But as for me, I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.
Spring break is over for many states. It is in our area. Back to school, probably back to work. Dreadfully dark bruise color blue Monday. The break was lovely, back to the ditch of your life.
Is that how you feel? Some of it is physical, after a weekend of sleeping in maybe, different location, being spoiled at a resort or relatives, the body does revolt. Like going off caffeine, going back to regular routine after a break is an experience of withdrawal.
But, sometimes, you really feel that the world is against you.
Read the above verse.
You know, God is totally watching over all and especially you. I know it does not always feel like it.
Don't give up. God is watching and guiding you through the valley of the shadow of death, so to speak, like Psalm 24. You are being strengthened and educated in the trials of life. If you keep strong in your faith in God and His Son Jesus, there is an end to your present darkness.
Then when you look back at the dark time in your life, you will realize what you had to learn, and that you had to experience it. You will come out so much stronger, and wiser.
So, hang in there. God is with you. If the sun or even rain is above you, if you had breakfast, a car to drive, bugs on the windshield, clothes to wear, even a headache, then you are loved by God.
Sometimes what is more real, is not really seen, but hidden in all the simple things, like flowers, a blade of grass struggling through concrete, a breeze caressing our brow, a bird overhead.
Just focus on our God, believe even a tiny bit, place your trial in His "in box", and you will be surprised at His presence. You will physically feel it when you least expect it.
Have a Blessed Day!
